Job Summary

As a Service Training Instructor , you will deliver professional, cost-effective service training programs for assigned products to service organization dealer personnel, business unit representatives, and internal enterprise personnel. You may also assist Learning Consultants in the production and delivery of training materials.

What You Will Do:

Implement cost-effective service training programs for assigned products.

Provide input for and review the service training manual.

Conduct service training for assigned products.

Develop the training materials using various authoring tools (Adobe CC, Team Center, SAP 3D).

What You Have:

Minimum of 5 years of service experience with earth moving equipment. Caterpillar Machines and Energy and Transportation Products would be nice to have.

Attitude of responsibility, safety, and keeping standards high.

Higher Technical Education.

Excellent technical skills with Caterpillar machine systems (engine, powertrain, hydraulic and electric electronics).

Good oral and written communication skills in English .

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Proven ability to adjust and effectively train multicultural audiences.

At ease working independently as well in teams.

Passionate about people development.

Excellent computer skills.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

Chinese/French/Arabic language capabilities would be a great plus.

Excellent skills on the 3D CAD Drawing (Autocad, Siemens Team Center, AutoDesk , Adobe Product (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Premier Pro)

Additional Information:

The position requires travel 50% of the time.
