Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a skilled Service / Technical Delivery Manager for one of our reputed clients in Dubai, UAE. Must-Have:
- Should be having 6+ years of service delivery, client correspondence, and client management
- Great at multitasking, time management, and meeting revenue targets
- Prior experience in project / budget management and rectifying reliability issues
- Ensures fulfillment of all client-specific SLAs and KPIs both internally and externally, using the most cost-effective and efficient means appropriate
- Involved in delivery management, organization objectives, project planning, and progress monitoring
- Provide leadership to delivery teams, handle operational issues, and client knowledge
- Bachelor\'s Degree
- Certifications in a similar field
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Service / Technical Delivery Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
