Overview

**This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP**

+ Under the supervision of the Information Management Director, the Service Support Manager s hall operate and maintain a central location to serve as a singular point of presence for equipment accountability for the Directorate. This includes equipment purchased in order to complete projects as required by the COR, equipment purchased and on-hand to maintain IMD UBL, and equipment turned-in (T/I) by users for maintenance or repair. Consolidated Production Control (CPC) will receive equipment requiring maintenance or repair by ADPE Maintenance or Electronic Equipment Repair. CPC shall accept work orders from users, to include work orders requiring action for other sections within IMD, into EAM software.

Responsibilities

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

+ Shall identify and maintain a 30 day stock list of parts, tools and materials necessary to accomplish all required functions as required. (10%)

+ Ensure stock list is provided to the COR for review and approval annually. (10%)

+ Ensures all Service Support and required Directorate reports are accurate and submitted within the required suspense times. (20%)

+ Ensure all necessary parts are requested through the proper Supply channels. CPC shall maintain bench and shop stocks per ARS. (10%)

+ Provide Service Support Monthly Workload Report to include all work orders and projects initiated, completed, and pending by camp, for each section. (10%)

+ Ensure all CPC specialist maintain the proper training and qualifications to complete daily taskings and Directorate requirements. (5%)

+ Manage all IMD Directorate property and ensure all property items are sub-hand receipted down to the end user. (20%)

+ Ensure all DOD, DA, GCC, local customer, and local supply policies/procedures are followed. (10%)

+ Performs other duties as required. (5%)

Qualifications

+ Education/Certifications:

+ One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

+ College degree or equivalent experience plus relevant accreditations as required

+ DOD Information Assurance Awareness Training

+ Cross Domain Violation Training

+ Fort Gordon Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO)

+ Must be a U.S. Citizen

+ Must be able to obtain and maintain valid Secret Clearance

+ A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and host nation Driver's License, is required.

+ Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination:

+ To be qualified for this position you must comply with USCENTCOM MOD 16 that requires proof that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, as defined by the CDC or host country requirements. As of now, to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 you must have received either two doses of Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine, two doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford Vaccine, two doses of Moderna Vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine, and two weeks must have elapsed after the final dose was administered. This definition may change in accordance with CDC guidelines. Compliance with this government requirement is an essential function of the position and is a condition of employment.

+ Experience:

+ 3-5 years operational experience with at least 2 years in a similar supervisory role

+ Must exhibit strong organization and communication skills

+ 8-10 years of Customer service

+ 2-5 years of Maximo experience

+ 4-8 years of Supervisor/Manager experience

+ Skills:

+ Must possess a professional demeanor

+ Work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and other supervisory levels of military and civilian management

+ Customer service training

+ Must have the ability to exercise discretion and good judgment

+ Collaborative work style that will foster cooperation and teamwork

+ Work independently with little or no supervision.; possess high-level organizational and planning skills, possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.

+ Must possess an advanced level of computer skills in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

+ Must have the ability to analyze and solve problems

+ Must have good listening, verbal and written presentation skills

+ Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbal

+ Must have excellent Customer Service skill sets

+ Supervisory Responsibilities:

+ Manages an area of up to 40 employees with 1-4 direct reports.

+ Working Conditions:

+ Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

+ Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, dry, duty, desert environment with average temperatures of 30 degrees in the winter and 130 degrees in the summer months).

+ Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.

+ Physical Requirements:

+ Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

+ Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.

+ Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.

+ Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
