Service Supervisor
to join our dynamic team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily EVS operations and ensure service standards are consistently met Lead, train, and support frontline staff Monitor performance and implement improvements Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards Handle customer feedback and provide solutions in a timely manner Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to management
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service supervision (EVS, hospitality, or facility management preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage teams and work under pressure Good command of English (Arabic is a plus) Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude
