Job Purpose
Within the framework of company\'s values, policies, and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost), the Project Manager is accountable for project timely delivery and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction.
Serves as a single point of contact for the assigned customer, and hold responsibility for delivery of equipment, services, and overall execution of the projects.
Be responsible for creating work orders, customer invoicing and PO\xe2\x80\x99s related to assigned projects.
Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes
Acts as the technical authority for service projects and NCR cause anaylss and prevention
Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
Contributes to people development by interfacing with relevant departments and HR
Contribute to the quotation process and provides project management related information such as schedules and budgets
Manages, informs, and leads project team by setting and monitoring performance targets
Provides feedbacks and lessons learnt at the end of the project on Execution plan, Productivity analysis, potential improvements and impact on Client and environment.
Supervises all activities linked to operations, ensuring timely and safe delivery of Offshore Operations on a given Project.
Be part of the \xe2\x80\x98On Duty\xe2\x80\x99 program of local organisation.
Report to the Service Manager on a regular basis and/or inform in case of business critical decisions have to be made.Support Performance Appraisals of the Field Service Technician\xe2\x80\x99s and any other roles as required.

Additional Skills
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Management, Engineering, or other technical field (Required) MBA (preferred)
Industry recognised project management qualification (preferred)
Significant experience in Project Operations with a proven track record as Project/Operations Manager 3-5 years of direct supervisory experience in a service operation.
Proven knowledge of oil and gas operations activities onshore and offshore
5-7 years of Installation, design, or application engineering in Surface Pressure Control Equipment
Ability to demonstrate technical mastery and troubleshooting abilities of surface wellhead systems
10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within service delivery/field operations environment.
A high level of communication skills is required to interact with all levels of management and to direct the work of others.
Ability to perform as a leader and team player
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and coaching, and respond appropriately
