Your background
A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering along with business administration, or a related field is often preferred. Advanced degrees (such as an MBA) can be advantageous.
Relevant experience of 12 to 15 Years in operations execution of key projects, significant exposure in managing complex projects in the power industry, with Total Experience not exceeding 20 Years.
Knowledge and experience on servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing transformers or others industrial/technical products, as well as transformer digitalization, condition assessment and fleet management will be considered.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of successful experience in management positions.
Strong leadership and ambition for the company's growth and strong customer focus (internal and external).
Intercultural sensitiveness is required, with good communication skills in oral and written
Experience in change management, coaching, motivating, and developing diverse technical teams
Leadership with good communication skills in oral and written, with colleagues from multi-countries for assigned region. The person had better have global experience in the past and a strong grasp of the English language.
