Read the Below before applying \xe2\x9e\xa2 Understand the scope of work in alignment with service and support on projects and support services. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Monitor and track all email communication with respect to projects and support services and respond to them after coordinating with respective project managers. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Responsibility to read and follow all terms and condition of contract \xe2\x9e\xa2 Attend to customer queries on email and other medium of communication and provide prompt response as applicable \xe2\x9e\xa2 Monitor AIT Ticketing portal and respond to the service request coordinating with respective project managers, Technicians etc. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Assign service tickets to Technicians, coordinate with clients and document changes and updates and file the service call reports. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Track AMC support services, contract duration and prepare schedule for service engineers and technicians to attend the service calls and also collect and document of service call reports. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Daily schedules need to be prepared in coordination with project manager and ensure to communicate to the technicians over WhatsApp group or on telephone \xe2\x9e\xa2 Coordinate with procurement and ensure material availability at site, track the delivery till it reaches the destination point \xe2\x9e\xa2 PPM (Daily, weekly, monthly, and other duration) is to be tracked and scheduled and monitored for closure with proper service call report. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure all office data is kept confidential at all times and ensure not to use public domains to share customer data. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Preparing and keeping Record of overtime for all project team \xe2\x9e\xa2 Keeping record for all service reports \xe2\x9e\xa2 Reporting to HR if there is absence or late reporting of project team from work \xe2\x9e\xa2 Scheduling technician leaves \xe2\x9e\xa2 Informing Finance team on start of new support service Requirements:1) Should have prior UAE experience in service department ELV / AV2)Must have Technical Knowledge about ELV systems including Audio Visuals.
