to lead our service center operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage a multicultural team while ensuring high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of air compressors, generators, welding machines, car lifts, and related equipment.
Handle escalated customer issues and communicate clearly on timelines and costs.
Supervise onsite installations of car lifts, air compressors, and paint booths.
Manage spare parts availability and coordinate with procurement.
Maintain service records, monthly KPIs, and warranty claim reports.
Identify training needs and ensure compliance with UAE safety standards.
Suggest workflow or process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
Requirements
BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
5-10 years' experience managing a service center in the UAE.
Strong technical and leadership skills.
Multilingual (English & Arabic preferred).
Valid UAE Driving License.
