We are looking for an experienced
Service Manager
tolead the Renie Smart Bin placement and servicing team
, ensuring smooth delivery, installation, and maintenance of Renie Smart Bins. You will oversee team operations, coordinate field activities, and ensure the highest service quality for our clients.Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage the
bin placement and servicing team
. Plan, coordinate, and monitor installation and servicing schedules. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. Track team performance, implement process improvements, and provide coaching to enhance efficiency.Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in service operations, field management, or team leadership. Proven ability to lead and motivate field service teams. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
