Job Description
Oversee After-Sales Service
- Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery/equipment.Coordinate Maintenance Operations
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are executed.Lead Service Team
- Supervise, train, and evaluate service technicians and engineers.Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Handle escalations, resolve service issues, and maintain client relationships.Manage Service Contracts
- Administer AMCs, warranties, and renewals.Monitor KPIs & Reporting
- Track service metrics and generate performance reports.Control Budget and Costs
- Manage departmental budgets and optimize service-related expenses.Oversee Spare Parts Inventory
- Ensure availability and proper stock of service parts.Drive Process Improvement
- Enhance service efficiency and ensure compliance with safety/quality standards.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
