Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and promote After Sales products and services to new and existing customers through effective marketing activities, promotional programs and campaigns.

- Have an excellent understanding of technical and business aspects of Service over a large territory.

Closely build and develop customer relationships and loyalty, ensuring needs and expectations are being met and that services are developed to meet future customer needs.

- Responsible for developing and managing the service department\'s income and expenditure budgets, ensuring financial performance targets are met.

- Oversee the handling of customer complaints, ensuring that they are resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the dealership.

- Manage personnel requirements within the service department, including:

o recruitment of qualified employees

o ongoing development and training for employees to meet the demands of the business and monitoring of apprentices

o conducting performance assessments

- Monitor market movements, trends, and demands, present and future needs and inform appropriate persons within the Organization.

- Work in cooperation with principals/manufacturers to achieve business objectives, ensuring that there is open and effective communication.

- Comply with Company policies and procedures, including the completion of documents and records.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of experience as a Service Manager

- Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

- Notice Period: Immediate Available candidates would be preferred.

- Candidate should be available in UAE for a Face-to-Face Interview

- Excellent communication skills.

- Valid UAE Driving License

- Experience with report writing

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
