Service Incharge - MEWPs

Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert level troubleshooting, repair, preventive & regular maintenance on all types of

Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs), including Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts and Truck-Mounted Lifts

Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hydraulic, mechanical and electrical system faults. Guide and support junior technicians by giving hands-on help and sharing technical knowledge. Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and engineering drawings to support accurate repairs. Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all work performed. Liaise with customers in a professional manner, providing clear explanations of technical issues and recommended solutions. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and meets the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of

4-6 years

of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer or Senior Service Engineer specifically with

Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) and Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs)

.

Technical Expertise:

Proven hands-on experience with major equipment brands such as

Haulotte, JLG, Genie, Komatsu, Palazzani and Bobcat.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

.

Required Skills:

- Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities for complex machinery.

- Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

- Effective communication and reporting skills in English.

- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to provide guidance and technical advice to team members.

- A valid Qatar Driving License is highly preferred.
