Job Description

Manage the Service Fulfilment (OSM, UIM and ASAP) applications team consisting of up to 6 offshore developers and work Force Management application team as well as Digital Data Store application team. Resource ramp-up / ramp-down, allocation into projects, utilization, and performance monitoring Provide budgetary assessment for planned projects in a calendar year. Collaborate with solution architects, domain managers and project managers for regular project deliveries Deliver Impact Analysis, High-level Designs and Low-level designs working with vendor partners and act as design authority for the application impacts in the domain. Deliver and Manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments to ensure quicker and error free deliveries Support operations team in analysing issues reported in live environment which are beyond L3 scope Deliver required business & technology releases according to schedule and with quality meeting Vodafone's standards. Deliver on service fulfilment strategy roadmap with full ownership of production performance

Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or an equivalent degree 12+ years of relevant experience in area of Telecom Order Management and Provisioning Implementation in Oracle technologies for Mobile and Fixed line domains. In-depth understanding of SIM and number inventory management systems for mobile & equipment and access inventory management for Fixed line Knowledge and understanding of Field service management systems for route management, appointment scheduling and partner inventory management Experience and expertise of ETLs for near real-time replication and data availability for Digital channels with broad and deep understanding of Service Fulfilment domain technologies including Complex solution design experience and technical staff management experience Strong Enterprise Architecture and Customer Experience centered analysis Voice, Data, and IPTV technologies Understanding of software design patterns and principles * People management experience
