Job Description
'Service Executive' Urgently required for a reputed Group luggage Company in Saudi Arabia.
Salary: Based on experience and skills
Education: Graduate
Note : Must have worked in after sales service in KSA & Computer Literate 4-5 Years Experience in KSA and luggage Industry is must.
Skills & Experience: Min 5 to 6 years Handling customer complaints & providing solutions - warranty & out of warranty. Addressing product defects & repairs Good communication skills - Arabic speaking is a must Ordering spare parts & maintaining the right inventory Maintaining / sharing reports with principals Filing / records keeping Liaising with principals for spare parts ordering Reporting to principals on claims and other quality issues. Any GCC Driving License is a must
