Service Execution Officer To Lead Our Department
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Make interfaces between the company and the client;
Monitor customer demands and stock levels, inferring the need to perform services and purchase materials to meet operations;
Monitor and inform the client about the execution of the services, ensuring the delivery of inspection reports and the execution of the agreed deadlines;
Map, schedule and control the shipment of material and personnel for field services;
Create necessary documentation in customer systems to carry out procurement and shipment operations;
Support the fiscal process of sending and receiving material for repair and for the customer's operation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
2 to 5 years of experience with material administration and programming; monitoring and control management of measurement reports;
Experience with SAP (essential) and Power BI (desirable);
Intermediary English.
