Daily Co ordination of our dedicated Field Service Representatives (FSR)
Coordination of our Certified Service Partners and third party contractors as required
Keeping customers regularly updated on all aspects of Work Orders
Handling Customer Service Requests and unscheduled maintenance request.
Coordination of FSR mobilization requirement
Creation of Dispatch Console events as required
Commissioning, installation, maintenance, and start-up scheduled activities in coordination with customer
Updating in BFO/BFS and work order assignment
Spare Parts ordering from Front Office in coordination with the procurement / logistics team
FSR Time Sheet processing , SAP Time entry.
Responsible for Follow up with FSR for the KPI( time sheet adherence, Clocking tool, WO closing).
Responsible for arranging the Tools and equipment in coordination with FSR
Maintain stores/materials stock in good conditions after modification of workshop fully completed.
Key Qualifications:
Diploma/ Degree in Electrical and Electronics or BSC/ diploma with the knowledge of SAP and BFS.
Must have good communication skills., mange the customer and contractors for materials handling and manpower allocations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing the site and coordination .
Must have good communication and interfacing skills.
To work at office (Flexible hours) as per job requirement.
