Service Engineer - NAVCOM (Navigation & Communication)

to join our dynamic service team in the UAE, covering

Dubai

. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a strong marine electronics background who are ready to take on diverse onboard technical challenges.

As a Service Engineer - NAVCOM, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of marine navigation and communication systems onboard vessels. You will also ensure all service-related documentation is completed with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and troubleshoot marine navigation and communication equipment onboard ships Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair tasks as per manufacturer and company standards Prepare detailed service reports, installation records, and warranty documentation Manage and update service logs for completed work including preventive maintenance activities Coordinate with service coordinators and clients for job execution Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations during onboard operations

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering OR Diploma in a relevant field 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Marine Service Engineer Minimum 2 years of experience in the GCC region (UAE preferred) Strong technical understanding of marine electronics, NAVCOM systems, and related standards Familiarity with maritime service operations and vessel procedures GMDSS General Operator Certificate (GOC) -

Optional but preferred

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently onboard Good communication and reporting skills

Valid UAE Driving License
