Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
2+ years of experience in service engineering or a similar field
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Proficient in troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service focus with the ability to build relationships
Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
