Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

------------------------

Provide technical service, support, and maintenance for our concrete technology systems and machinery. Conduct on-site installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction. Deliver training and technical advice to clients on equipment use and maintenance. Document service activities and prepare technical reports.

Requirements

----------------

Proven experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in the concrete technology sector. Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, batching systems, and related equipment. Ability to work independently in an international environment. Willingness to travel. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
