Product List-
Blender, Kettle, microwave, juicer Etc.
Roles & Responsibility
Product collection for service from assigned racks on daily basis. Diagnose product complaint and identify which component has issue. Follow CS application for monitoring pending tasks. Ensure product service is completed as per Journey plan assigned Identify out of warranty service jobs, if product is misused by customer. Interact with end customers regarding product complaint queries and out of warranty service charges / part cost. Handover service product to collection team. Maintain TAT & Productivity of assigned calls without repeat complaints
Qualification:- Diploma(Electronics)
Experience :- 1 to 5 Years(Native Experience is Accepted)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
