Responsibilities:

Deal with electronic and mechanical machines and troubleshoot electrical issues

Work on ID and passport card personalization machines

Be familiar with software usage and network troubleshooting

Use various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns

Communicate with clients, engineers and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively

Promptly follow up on service requests and provide customer feedback

Monitor equipment and machinery performance and develop preventative maintenance measures

Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment to ensure high-quality deliverables

Deliver demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use

Provide recommendations about new features and product improvements

Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed

Manage servers and ensure regular back-up and restoration of clients' data

Write reports and present findings to managers and supervisors on a regular basis

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Possession of relevant certifications or licenses will be considered an advantage.

A valid UAE driver's license is preferred along with willingness to travel as required.

Excellent active listening skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

Prior experience with personalization machines is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Muehlbauer machines is strongly preferred.
