The Position As a Service Desk and IT Professional in Novo Nordisk Moroccan affiliate, you will report to the IT Operations Manager EMEA South. You will provide 2nd line IT Support services to the affiliate, and you will support the IT organization on troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

You will carry out the following tasks:

Assist in the administration of local IT infrastructure/services. Provide IT trainings within the organization including onboarding trainings for IT. Execute other IT Operations related to processes such as purchasing of IT equipment's, identify and implementing continuous improvement actions in the IT Operations as well as exchanging of knowledge within The IT organization. Assure that all adequate standard operating procedures and documentation required for IT security, quality and compliance are implemented. Ensure the correct fulfilment of the IT security requirements in NN Morocco.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you need to have a University Degree in IT/Computer Science or within a related discipline. You also need to have:

Min 2-3 years' work experience in a similar position. ITIL foundation, Microsoft certification, iOS & mobile devices, are additional assets. Result oriented and persistent in order to reach objectives as well as having a passion for quality and timeliness Can-do attitude with readiness to learn and develop from relevant stakeholders. Good command of French and English, both written & spoken.
