Could you be our next Service Delivery Manager? This role will play a lead in the delivery of services including ownership and management of activities through to the desired business outcomes. THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand contractual obligations and ensure delivery of services to an agreed service description and
- Responsible for end to end service delivery of networking projects for global customers.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
- Meet the end to end Project timelines by ensuring the on-time delivery
- Define communication plan for all stakeholders, get buy-in for status report format and communicate on defined frequency.
- Managing proactive communication with customer during the delivery phase, when there are risks or possible delays and including plan Customer Acceptance Tests for the project
- Order prioritization and ensuring priority is respected during RFC delivery phase
- Management of the delivery plan at the project level & planning until last site delivery
- Manage the interface between internal resources and the customer.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in telecommunications (nice to have)
- Project Management Certification i.e. PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent (nice to have)
- Minimum of 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 service delivery experience in ISP and in telecom or IT industry managing external / internal customer facing projects
- Previous involvement in network deployment projects.
- Technical knowledge preferred in telecom like WAN, LAN.
- Excellent communication skills
