You\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You\xe2\x80\x99ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals (OIC), you will be responsible for:

• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in the management of job cycle across organizational boundaries.
• Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
• Meeting with clients for job preparation, execution and close out.
• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash
• Attending field trials when required.
• Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Have 10+ years of experience in customer and service delivery support and 5 years of experience in upstream chemicals operations.
• Have a -proven ability to deal with senior customer management.
• Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.
