Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Technical & Repair Support



Perform inspection, functional testing, and repair of consumer electronic products Perform basic troubleshooting, diagnostics

Spare Parts & Inventory



Issue and receive spare parts for repair jobs Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records Ensure proper organization and storage of spare parts

Service Reports & Documentation



Prepare and update service reports, job cards, and repair records Maintain accurate service status and repair history Support warranty and internal service documentation

Customer Support



Assist walk-in customers Explain basic repair status and service timelines professionally Support daily service center operations as assigned
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
