1. Provide after-sales support and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
2. Handles incoming customer inquiries in a courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
3. Responding to dealers and end users service inquiries, such as installation, spare parts and product related inquiries.
4. Generate call sheets and schedule service appointments to the technician.
5. coordinate customer for service schedule.
6. Compile report and update client on completion and status of the service.
7. Gathering information from the technician and inform client for the required parts and or product/services.
8. Analyzing the problem and suggest to the customer for product repair or product replacement based on the status of the unit.
9. Follow up workshop units and update customer for the status.
10. Sends spare parts to order request to immediate supervisor if the parts is not available and disseminate information to the customer for eta.
11. Sending quotation for parts replacement, installation, and SERVICE-RELATED works.
12. Generating Sales Order, TRANSFER Request, Quotation, Product Replacement in system as required.
13. Filing the daily report for record keeping and future reference.
14. Handles the work of immediate supervisor during absence.
15. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide customer support. Required Experience & Skills: Languages : English
1-3 years relevant experience
