We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Female Service Coordinator to manage service requests, schedule technicians, communicate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of all maintenance and service activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in coordinating field teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
1-3 years of experience in service coordination or a similar role.
Experience in technical services, AMC, or facility management is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of ERP/service software.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Languages: English, Hindi, Malayalam
