Coordinate and schedule service appointments, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
Handle incoming service requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
Monitor the progress of service jobs and provide updates to customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending service issues.
Prepare and process service reports, invoices, and related documentation..
Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
Requirements:
Male candidates are preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
Proven experience in a service coordinator or similar role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (if applicable).
Ability to work well under pressure and handle urgent requests efficiently.
