Service Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organized Service Coordinator to join our operations team based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing site manpower, coordinates with client and ensuring timely resolution of client complaints and technical issues with a strong emphasis on safety at all work locations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily operations at assigned client sites. Act as the primary contact between clients and the technical service team. Receive, record, and address customer service requests and complaints efficiently. Assign, schedule, and monitor technicians to ensure smooth site operations. Manage the assigned manpower (Site attendance/Time sheet verification, Leave planning) , ensuring employees follow safety standards. Coordinate with technicians and engineers for technical support and problem resolution. Maintain accurate service documentation and prepare periodic site reports. Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor or polytechnic diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in HVAC, MEP, or air-conditioning and chiller maintenance. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to communicate in English and Hindi/Urdu UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED4.00 - AED5.00 per month
