Key Responsibilities
Service Operations & Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule daily service operations efficiently, ensuring timely job completion.
  • Dispatch and deploy field technicians to customer sites based on skill set and priority.
  • Conduct regular customer follow-ups to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Administrative & System Management:
  • Manage all service documentation and maintain accurate records of jobs, parts, and technician activities.
  • Utilize SAP or CRM systems to track job progress, update statuses, and generate reports.
  • Prepare and analyze performance metrics and reports using MS Office (especially Excel).
Financial & Accounting Support:
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of service invoices.
  • Follow up on customer payments and manage accounts receivable related to services.
  • Support cost entry, expense tracking, and coordinate with the accounts department for financial reconciliation.
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between customers, technicians, and management.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years of proven experience in a Service Coordination or similar role.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel for reporting and tracking).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or a CRM system for service management.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and service operations workflows.
