Keitoku Middle East LLC is a leading provider of marine equipment and engineering services, specializing in the repair and maintenance of marine engines and machinery located in Al Quoz Industrial, Area 2, Dubai. The company offers comprehensive solutions to the maritime industry, including the supply of spare parts and technical support.

We are looking for an experienced

Service Coordinator

to join our skilled production team and help us meet our growing demand for high-quality services.

Requirements:

Must hold Bachelor's degree in any major.
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Capable of dealing with high level confidentiality.
Undertake initiatives.
Must have strong organizational skills and an eye for details.
Excellent customer services skills.
A good understanding of Sales Process.
Strong computer literacy.

Responsible with tools inventory and machinery inside the workshop, keeping them in good order.

Responsible with consumables inventory and preparation of required form for replenishment if required.

Responsible in keeping documents of the Department in order, making sure that correct work flow is being followed.

Responsible for preparation of estimation and cost review.

Responsible for preparation of invoice.

Responsible in generating Purchase Request of materials needed for the job prepared by the engineers.

Responsible in writing Minutes of Meeting.

Updating and submitting manpower movement every week.

Monitor and control tools (log-out and log-in of tools). To make sure that engineers/technicians return all tools after each job. Report to accounts in case of damage and loss.

Responsible in updating and monitoring the expiration of equipment calibration.

Responsible in preparing KAIZEN sheet every month

Responsible in forecasting annual visitation schedule according to the assigned market.

Responsible in getting an appointment to meet customers, arrangement of air-ticket, hotel, transportation, etc. to execute the visitation plan.

Responsible in understanding customer's requirement and recommending spare parts, repair scope or machinery and report to the management for generation of proposals.

Visit customer, generate and submit visitation reports, update customer profiles and vessel list details, follow up inquiry and record status in the register.

Generate sales quotations using the PASO application.

Issue order acknowledgements through PASO application.

Update inquiry register and visitation plan on a weekly basis.

Perform related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
