Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Service Coordinator

with experience or interest in the

marine industry

to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing customer accounts, preparing quotations, processing orders, and liaising with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team in managing day-to-day operations and customer relationships. Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and shipping documentation. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and lead times. Liaise with procurement, logistics, and technical departments to ensure timely delivery of marine equipment, parts, and services. Maintain and update customer records, order details, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management. Monitor and track order progress, shipping schedules, and invoicing to ensure customer satisfaction. Support the coordination of after-sales service, warranty claims, and spare parts orders when necessary. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technical specifications relevant to the marine sector.

Requirements:

Btech in ECE, EEE, Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the marine, shipping, or offshore industry. Strong understanding of marine equipment, systems, or services is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
