Prepare estimates, quotations, and follow-up emails for clients and vendors.
Procure materials as needed for ongoing projects or service calls
Create and maintain a comprehensive directory of service providers and resources
Develop and update a database of clients and their specific service requirements
Evaluate client issues and provide suitable recommendations and solutions
Ensure each client receives necessary services, and follow up to address ongoing needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with both service providers and clients to retain and grow the customer base
Continuously expand the list of service providers and resources to eliminate service gaps
Answer telephone calls and respond to email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide daily reports and updates to the Manager regarding tasks and progress
Work independently while managing time effectively
Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC systems and processes.
