Electromech Contracting and Maintenance LLC is seeking a proactive and organized
Service Coordinator
to manage day-to-day maintenance coordination, spares requirements, and service-related documentation. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple tasks, coordinating with technicians and clients, and ensuring smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule maintenance and service activities.
Manage and track maintenance requirements and service requests.
Handle spares requests, follow-ups, and coordination with suppliers/stores.
Prepare, maintain, and organize service reports, job cards, and related documentation.
Liaise with technicians, site teams, and management to ensure timely completion of jobs.
Follow up on pending service requests, approvals, and closures.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and spares usage.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar maintenance coordination role is preferred.
Basic technical understanding of maintenance works (electromechanical preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple situations efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Driving License - added benefit
Basic knowledge of Zoho books required
Salary:
AED
2,000 - 2,500
, negotiable based on the candidate's knowledge, experience, and expertise in handling situations.
