Position Overview
The Service Advisor role is a customer-facing position within Al Futtaim Automotive service and bodyshop operations in the UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide prompt, professional assistance at vehicle drop-off
• Assess customer concerns, prepare accurate job estimates, and explain required repairs or services clearly
• Open, manage, and close job cards in coordination with workshop teams
• Liaise closely with technicians to monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion
• Keep customers informed on job status, additional work requirements, costs, and delivery timelines
• Ensure service quality standards are met before vehicle handover
• Promote value-added services and contribute to achieving service revenue targets
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-focused manner
• Ensure accurate invoicing and documentation in line with company policies
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and repeat business levels

• Experience as a Service Advisor within an automotive dealership or bodyshop environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic technical understanding of vehicle service and repair processes
