Responsibilities

Inform customers about daily specials and offer menu recommendations upon request.
Skillfully upsell additional products when appropriate.
Take precise food and drink orders using a HACCP ordering software, order slips, or memorization.
Verify customers' ids to ensure compliance with age requirements for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Efficiently communicate order details to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and drink orders with professionalism and timeliness.
Inspect dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, promptly reporting any issues.
Maintain table settings and ensure a spotless dining area.
Accurately deliver checks and collect bill payments.
Carefully transport dirty plates, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
Collaborate with restaurant staff to review daily specials, menu changes, and service specifications for reservations, including parties.
Adhere to all relevant health department regulations.
Provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing any guest concerns.
Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take proactive steps to correct any issues.
