Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests, present menus, and provide clear information about dishes and specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow
Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained to brand standards
Assist guests with dietary needs, recommendations, and service preferences
Handle billing, payments, and basic cashiering when required
Support outlet setup for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to service requests
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout shifts
Follow Marriott service guidelines and ensure consistent guest engagement
Support colleagues during busy periods to maintain seamless operations
Perform additional duties assigned by F&B supervisors and outlet management
Ideal Profile
Experience in restaurant or F&B service roles
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in fast-paced dining environments
Positive, polite, and guest-focused attitude
Knowledge of F&B standards, menu explanations, and service sequences
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Attention to detail and good teamwork skills
Basic POS or cashiering experience is an advantage
