Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. 3. Engage with customers in a friendly manner. 4. Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions. 5. Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. 6. Collect payments from tables. 7. Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. 8. Help food preparation staff when necessary. 9. Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. 10. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. 11. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. 12. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. 13. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner. 14. Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section 15. Taking customers' food and drink orders 16. Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders 17. Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks from restaurant wine stock 18. Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly 19. Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant 20. Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,400.00 - AED2,050.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
