About the role

We're expanding our digital services and are looking for an SEO & Website Manager to support a major client launching a new brand in the UAE and Jordan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's keen to shape digital activity from the ground up, taking ownership of organic performance in a highly regulated space.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute market-specific SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis. Oversee technical SEO audits and support implementation of website improvements. Identify and manage link-building opportunities, coordinating with outreach partners. Collaborate with internal teams to drive site improvement and A/B testing initiatives. Manage content updates in the CMS (Builder.io), ensuring brand and best practice adherence. Ensure robust tracking is in place (GA4/GTM) and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management, able to work across international teams.
Proactive self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous learning.
Demonstrates analytical thinking and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of responsibilities.
Experience working in the UAE or Jordan, with sensitivity to local cultural nuances.
Experience in regulated product markets (such as tobacco) is a plus.
Agency background valued, but thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential.
Degree or equivalent qualification required.
