We are an engineering services company based in the UAE undergoing a website rebranding and domain migration. We are looking to hire a skilled SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the full technical SEO transition from our old domain to our new one, ensuring minimal ranking loss and seamless indexing.
After successful migration, we aim to continue working with the same person on monthly SEO growth, Google Ads campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.

- Initial Project Scope (Domain Migration):
Implement full 301 redirect mapping from old domain to new domain
Set up and configure Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) for the new domain
Use the Google Change of Address tool
Submit and optimize XML sitemap
Audit and update internal links and site structure
Retain or update existing backlinks where possible
Perform a full technical SEO audit post-migration
Monitor crawl errors, indexing, and keyword performance
Provide post-migration performance reports and recommendations

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
On-page SEO optimization across services and blog pages
Keyword research targeting UAE construction and engineering sectors
Content strategy, backlink building, and traffic growth tracking
Google Business Profile optimization
Google Ads / PPC:
Setup and manage Google Search & Display Ads
Target lead generation in UAE for technical services
Optimize ad copy, bidding, and conversions
Monthly budget management and performance reports
Local SEO (UAE):
Enhance visibility for "near me" searches and location-based keywords
Submit and manage business listings in local directories
Arabic/English SEO support (bonus)

Requirements:
Proven experience with domain migration and SEO strategy
Deep knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and sitemap optimization
Familiarity with WordPress and SEO plugins (RankMath, Yoast)
Skilled in Google Ads setup and management
Proficiency in tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with websites in engineering, construction, or technical services
Knowledge of UAE SEO market trends
Arabic SEO experience is a plus
