We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and improve our website's organic search visibility. You will develop and execute SEO strategies, perform keyword research, optimize content, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and development teams to drive traffic and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings
Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities
Optimize website structure, on-page content, metadata, and internal linking
Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues
Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithm updates and industry trends
Conduct competitor research and identify new growth opportunities
Assist with link-building campaigns and content strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
SEO or analytics certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush)
Experience with content strategy, UX, or conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Understanding of PPC and how it complements SEO
