We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to own and scale organic search performance across multiple websites and client accounts. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on traffic growth, keyword rankings, and measurable business impact

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Conduct keyword research and develop content-driven SEO strategies
Optimize website structure, internal linking, and site performance
Manage technical SEO issues including crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to execute SEO initiatives
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions using analytics tools
Build and manage ethical backlink strategies
Prepare SEO performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements

5-7 years of hands-on SEO experience in competitive markets
Strong experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Strong understanding of keyword intent, search behavior, and content optimization
Experience working with developers on technical SEO improvements
Ability to translate SEO performance into business outcomes

Nice to Have

Experience with SaaS, healthcare, or lead-generation websites
Experience managing SEO for multiple markets or regions
Basic understanding of CRO and content marketing
