About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative

SEO Specialist

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing SEO strategies, with a minimum of

5 years of hands-on SEO experience

and at least

1 year of experience working with AI-driven SEO tools and methodologies

. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for staying ahead of search engine trends and AI advancements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization. Oversee technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to implement improvements. Create and optimize content aligned with SEO goals, user intent, and search trends. Utilize AI-powered SEO tools and platforms to enhance content performance, automate insights, and scale optimization. Monitor website performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, AI, and search engine algorithm updates. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure alignment across all digital initiatives.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional SEO experience

with a proven track record of driving organic growth.

At least 1 year of experience using AI SEO tools or AI-driven optimization workflows

. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices. Experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). Familiarity with AI tools such as Surfer AI, ChatGPT for SEO workflows, Clearscope, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SEO for multilingual or international websites. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). Experience working within the UAE or GCC market.
