Roles & Responsibilities
??Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities that align with business objectives and target audience intent.
??Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures, to enhance content visibility and user experience.
??Develop and execute link-building strategies, focusing on acquiring high-quality backlinks from reputable sources within the industry.
??Analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
??Stay informed about the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to adapt strategies proactively.
??Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all published material is optimized for search engines while maintaining high-quality standards.
??Monitor and report on keyword rankings and organic traffic growth, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
??Perform technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
??Implement local SEO strategies to enhance visibility for location-based searches and drive foot traffic to physical locations.
??Engage in A/B testing for different SEO tactics, analyzing results to determine the most effective approaches for different campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
o
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
o
A minimum of 5-8 years of UAE proven SEO experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced corporate environment in UAE.
o
Certifications in SEO or digital marketing from recognized institutions, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
o
Portfolio of work is a must.
o
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
o
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies.
o
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics to effectively communicate with developers and implement technical changes.
o
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o
A creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving, open to experimenting with new ideas and approaches.
o
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially for international markets.
o
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
