Job Summary

The SEO Specialist will manage all aspects of the company's digital visibility. This includes developing SEO strategies, managing website content through WordPress, handling Meta Ads, creating engaging content for social media and blogs, and continuously improving online performance through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to boost website ranking and traffic. Manage and update the company's WordPress website -- ensuring performance, functionality, and design improvements. Write and publish SEO-friendly blogs, service pages, and web copy. Design and create engaging visual content (posters, short videos, stories, and reels) for social media platforms. Plan and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to increase engagement and reach. Create and run Meta Ads and paid campaigns to generate qualified leads. Build and manage backlink strategies to strengthen domain authority. Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Stay current with SEO, social media, and advertising trends to continuously improve results. Experience with managing

holiday home listings (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

will be considered an advantage.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and keyword optimization. Skilled in WordPress website management (themes, plugins, and updates). Experience managing Meta Ads, social media content, and performance reporting. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite. Creative eye for social media visuals and content creation (Canva, Photoshop, or similar). Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
