Overview

The SEO Specialist is responsible for designing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance the visibility, authority, and ranking of digital platforms across major search engines. This role combines traditional SEO expertise with modern AI-powered tools and predictive analytics to optimize content, user experience, and search performance across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement advanced SEO and AI-SEO strategies aligned with brand and business goals. Use AI-powered keyword research, clustering, and topic analysis tools to identify high-value opportunities. Apply semantic search, entity-based optimization, and NLP insights to improve content relevance. Conduct full SEO audits, including technical, on-page, and off-page factors, supported by AI analysis. Leverage AI automation for content optimization, title/meta generation, and competitor monitoring. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO and Core Web Vitals compliance. Build and maintain high-authority backlinks through ethical and strategic link-building. Analyze performance data and produce detailed reports with AI-generated insights and forecasts. Monitor algorithm updates, search intent shifts, and emerging AI search trends (Search Generative Experience, voice search, multimodal search). Guide content teams on structuring AI-optimized articles, videos, and visuals for maximum visibility. Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to strengthen "Search Everywhere Optimization" across web, social, and media platforms.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with at least 1 year applying AI-based tools or predictive analytics. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and semantic search. Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc. Experience with AI-powered platforms such as SurferSEO, Clearscope, MarketMuse, Frase, Jasper, ChatGPT, or Gemini for SEO content generation and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow). Excellent written communication and reporting skills.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in international or multilingual SEO (Arabic, Turkish, Russian, or European markets). Familiarity with voice search optimization, visual search, and generative AI content indexing. Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or AI-SEO tools.

Growth in organic and AI-driven traffic. Increased domain authority and keyword share across key markets. Enhanced user engagement through AI-optimized content and UX signals. Improved ranking performance after AI-based audits and strategy implementation.
