We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing website content, analyzing SEO data, and implementing strategies to increase organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across web content.
Engagement with all social platforms.
Optimize website structure, content, metadata, and internal linking for search engines.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Monthly perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes (site speed, mobile usability, crawl errors, etc.).
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content production.
Keep up to date with the latest trends and algorithm updates from Google and other search engines.
Build and execute link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
Track and improve local SEO efforts (if applicable).
Qualifications:
2+ years of SEO experience (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficient with SEO tools .
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword planning tools.
Basic understanding of website architecture and CMS platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of content marketing and how it supports SEO.
