Key Responsibilities :
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for targeted keywords.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to site architecture, crawlability, and indexing.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all initiatives.
Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
Create regular SEO reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Skills
Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
Understanding of content marketing and its role in SEO
Knowledge of paid search (PPC) and how it integrates with SEO strategy.
