We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven

SEO Specialist

to manage all search engine optimization activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies, improving organic search results, increasing website traffic, and maximizing ROI through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and website optimization. Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including metadata, internal linking, and backlink outreach. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines. Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile-friendliness, crawl errors, etc.). Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital content. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO, Google algorithms, and industry best practices. Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps in our content or backlink strategy. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Proven SEO experience (2+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
