We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to increase our website's visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search rankings. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices, including AI integration, semantic SEO, and EEAT principles.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building and technical audits.
Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO) for content ideation, optimization, and SEO analysis.
Implement EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) strategies to enhance content credibility and authority.
Build and manage topic clusters and pillar pages to strengthen internal linking and topical authority.
Apply semantic search principles and entity optimization to align with Google's natural language processing.
Optimize for zero-click results, featured snippets, and voice search through structured data and concise content formatting.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, mobile optimization, Core Web Vitals, and site speed.
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other team members to implement SEO best practices across departments.
Execute local SEO strategies and manage local listings when applicable.
Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance for continuous improvement.
Create and present clear, data-driven performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends.
Proficiency with leading SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Experience with content optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO audits.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Analytics or similar certification.
Experience with schema markup and structured data.
Proficiency with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with SEO considerations for JavaScript-based frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
